Steven Grimm's Cavalcade of Whimsy
Steve runs the anonymous ftp and WWW services at Midwinter and maintains this server's main attraction, The Lurker's Guide to Babylon 5. He's pictured above in the courtyard of a monastery north of Moscow (part of a 1993 visit to Russia chronicled here.)
During the day, he works as a consultant for Internet start-up companies. On the occasions when he's left with spare time, he spends it on various hobbies such as ballroom dance (you'll often find him at the Starlite Ballroom in Sunnyvale on Thursday nights), cooking, and working on a home theater.
Sometimes he watches TV.
And he's been known to do some programming on the side, such as
Every once in a while, he tries his hand at writing fiction in the form of screenplays or novels. Or short stories such as "White Christmas." He enjoys writing about himself in the third person.
